1. Locate rods (A) and assemble by sliding the black rods 2.
Slide connected rods into top of sheaths within yard card
3.Locate base anchor stakes (B) and insert into base of
4.Clasp tethers to tops of connected rods (C) and attach
ends of tethers to tether stakes (D) and drive tether stakes
into ground
5.Tether stakes should be driven so the tethers form a "V"
shape with the end rods at the point. (see illustration E)
