Outdoor Holiday Inflatables uses UPS for most orders. We offer the following UPS
methods.
Ground Service
Seconday Day Air
Three Day Select
Pricing for the above UPS Service methods can be viewed at checkout.
All orders are calculated real-time through UPS based on your address as well as the
total weight of your order. All orders will be carefully packaged to assure a safe delivery.
Double boxing will be to our discretion. Where possible multiple packaging will be
implemented.  

Payment Terms:
Outdoor Holiday Inflatables preferred payment service is PayPal. Additionally ,
MasterCard , Visa , Discover and American Express may also be used without a PayPal
account at the checkout page. To obtain a FREE PayPal account click here  (link opens
in a new window). We also welcome personal checks , money orders and certified
checks for payment.To pay by either of these please click the Pay by Check link and we
will calculate the total with shipping and email you the invoice which will include the
remittance address to send your payment.

Returns:
Upon receipt of your order we ask that you immediately inspect and test your purchase.
Buyer MUSTcontact us via email at sales@outdoorholidayinflatables.net
and submit a detailed description explaining the reason for return. After reviewing the
claim Outdoor Holiday Inflatables will replace (if item is in stock) or refund your payment
within 5 days of receipt of defective or damaged product. Buyer is responsible for freight
charges on returns , seller will pay for freight of replacement product. If your order is
defective or damaged you MUST return the order within 5 days after receipt for full credit
or refund. Credit will be issued using the same method of payment issued by the buyer.
Orders that are returned without prior authorization  will be refused and returned to the
sender at sender's expense.

Availability:
Outdoor Holiday Inflatables will  put forward  every effort to have your selected purchase
on hand and in stock or ordered,In case of a stock error , Outdoor Holiday Inflatables
reserves the right to cancel the order and refund your payment.  Preorders are subject to
cancellation beyond our control as the manufacturer may decide to cancel the design.
